BBQ sandwich combo is banging. Fries fresh and hot with sandwich piled up with que. Add a soda, boom you will be back. I definitely am. Do not forget to grad a bag of pork skins, best I ever had.

Stops for the first time today. My husband had the barbecue platter and I had the veggie plate. There was a lot of food! It was flavorful and good.

The sign is so sun-faded we drove right by the first time but so happy it was worth the u-turn. After a Pine Mountain hike, it was the perfect pit stop to refuel. We sat our muddy, bruised selves on the covered patio with the puppy and had the best chicken in the South! Super friendly service and the joint was hopping even 30 minutes before closing.

This place is awesome, and the family that runs it are the nicest people you’ll meet. I’ve been eating here since they opened. Many great memories of checking my daughters out of school every Wednesday when they were in high school to go get them a Q Tater. I always had to take the receptionist at the high school a sweet tea each week.

Good small town local restaurant with authentic home cooking. The food is delicious and we'll prepared with fresh ingredients. Service is fast and friendly. A decent variety in menu from traditional BBQ items to burgers, vegetable plate, smoked chicken, etc. Prices are reasonable with moderate portion size, not too big but enough to fill you up.

Great food, friendly staff. Don't let the looks of this place fool you! You won't regret stopping here if you're looking for good bbq.

This is a good bar b que restaurant in Pine Mountain, Ga. It's a mom n pop place. Front door parking. Quick in & out eating, & really good homemade desserts. Friendly people, good service, good food. We go there often.

Sauce is nothing to brag about but if meat is your thing BBQ speaks for itself. Delicious and tender. Also Qtater is off the rails!!!!!!

I think they do a great job here. A country style bbq menu, full of flavor and rich southern goodness. If you want to gorge out, try the loaded tater tots, really good. If they have the bonnie butter cake when you are there, save room and get it.

I love this BBQ place. The owner came out to talk with us. This family restaurant been here over 20 years. Had some of the best onion rings a and fries. I really enjoyed my baked potato with bed brisket used the mustard based sauce. Worth the drive to support local owned and operated family business.

Food was wonderful. You order at the register and they bring it to you. Very well priced and it's a lot of food. The staff was very pleasant too.

Great lunch place in Pine Mt. Georgia right outside of Calloway Gardens. We always stop at the Whistling Pig when hiking in FDR Park or camping in Pine Mt. After a 7 mile hike on the Pine Mt. Trail, we stopped at the Whistling Pig for some much needed lunch (these guys are only open from 1O - 3). We both had the BBQ sandwich combo with fries and Tea. Holy cow was our food good! They have three kinds of homemade BBQ sauce; a mustard based sauce, a white sauce, and a hot sauce. All three are excellent. The fries were also delicious. The Whistling Pig is the definition of local, I swear the owner and staff know everybody that comes into the restaurant. BTW, they have other things besides BBQ; hamburgers, meat and three and the most glorious looking homemade cakes, pies and pork rinds. If you are ever in Pine Mt. at lunchtime, do yourself a favor and stop by the Whistling Pig, you will be glad you did.

The barbecue sandwich was good, but the fries was all in the bag and the bag was greasy, should have been in a take out box, service was good but I told them twice extra ketchup and it was on the ticket, got down the road to eat it and there was no ketchup was not happy, both orders was the same, don’t know if I ll go back.

A great local restaurant. The staff are all friendly and glad to see you come in. The food is always excellent with very generous portions. They have the best hamburgers and hand cut fries in town. The prices are reasonable. It a favorite of locals.

While visiting here for the weekend we searched on google maps for a place to eat. This was well worth the search. Great BBQ and sides at a reasonable price. Did not leave here hungry.

Everything's homemade. Love it! Don't go here if you're dieting. Although they do have a great grilled chicken tender salad. Best onion rings ever!!!

Funky building outside delicious barbecue inside.I had very lean and tender beef brisket plate with pinto beans, Texas toast and Fried Green Tomatoes. Fried Green Tomatoes were perfect,the beef brisket was very tender large portion. Very interesting interior decor friendly and fast service turning out very good barbecue, hit all the numbers very popular place that can be very busy but the line moves quickly and efficiently definitely worth going to prices $5 to $10 or so for most menu items

Always great food that's fresh and hot. The french fries could be a little more cooked for our tastes but everything else is spot on. The staff is always amazingly friendly and the food is generally pretty fast. Very casual and laid back, great for solo dining or with a group. Indoor and covered outdoor seating is available.

Good little barbeque place to stop by and get lunch. Unfortunately for them, the other barbeque place in town is also very popular. However, this place offers more variety of delicious food than the formerly mentioned. Of you can get in when they aren't busy and are open then the food is pretty worth it
